Information you provide
The consultation form collects the name, company, contact details, service interest, fleet size, location, and message you choose to provide. Please do not submit driver files, medical records, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive documents through this form.
Why we collect it
PassPro uses inquiry information to review your request, contact you, and discuss possible services. Requests are stored in a restricted inquiry inbox. Technical controls may use a hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions.
Checklist drafts
The optional “Remember this draft” setting stores checklist selections and notes in your browser on this device. Those drafts are not sent to PassPro. Reset clears the saved draft.
Downloadable forms
Blank PDF forms are downloads. The website does not receive entries made in your saved copy. Keep completed driver and equipment records in your own controlled files.
Email notifications
When a sending service is connected, PassPro uses it to send a request reference and restricted inbox link to the business contact. The alert does not include your consultation message or contact details.
