From the first call to the follow-up
1. Understand the concern
Bring the fleet size, service location, question, and deadline. A complimentary 20-minute service-fit call can help identify the right engagement.
2. Put the scope in writing
Agree on the records, equipment, locations, hours, deliverables, client responsibilities, price, travel, and schedule. Additional work requires agreement before it starts.
3. Deliver and discuss
Use the agreed review or training to identify practical next steps. Clarify who implements corrections and whether PassPro will verify closure.

Questions before we begin
What happens after I contact PassPro?
We review the request and discuss the operation, location, priorities, and deadline. Before work begins, the proposal identifies the agreed scope, deliverables, price, responsibilities, and schedule.
Can I book or buy a service instantly?
Services are arranged after a scope discussion. Submitting an inquiry requests a conversation; it does not confirm a booking or acceptance of a job.
What does a starting price include?
Each service page describes its entry scope. Larger samples, additional sites, custom development, remediation, extra hours, and third-party fees may require a separate quote.
How does travel pricing work?
No mileage charge applies at 50 one-way driving miles or less from ZIP 77044. Beyond 50 miles, travel is $2 per mile for the full round trip. Required additional expenses are agreed in advance.
Can you help remotely?
Remote consultation and document-review work can be arranged when suitable for the scope. Equipment reviews, facility walkthroughs, and some training require an onsite plan.
What will we receive after a review?
The proposal specifies the deliverable. A findings report can identify observed concerns, practical actions, owners, and closure evidence. Implementation and closure verification are included only if agreed.
Is a private inspection review an official DOT inspection?
PassPro provides private readiness support and mock reviews. These do not guarantee the result of a law-enforcement inspection or agency audit.
