Price & entry scope
Entry scope: one facility with up to 25 employees and up to 8 consulting hours per month. Use that time for agreed consultation, records, training priorities, and quarterly facility walk-throughs. Specialized technical assessments, major program development, and additional locations are quoted separately.

Discuss workplace hazards, responsibilities, and corrective priorities by phone, email, and agreed site visits.
Incident investigation & reporting support
Help gather facts and records following a workplace injury or fatality and organize reporting and insurer follow-up.
Safety meetings & employee training
Plan sessions around applicable workplace safety topics and the actual tasks your employees perform.
Contractor prequalification
Assist with customer-required safety documentation and agreed ISNetworld, Veriforce, or Avetta submissions.
Policies, programs & safety manuals
Create, review, and maintain written safety procedures and program materials.
Facility walk-throughs
Discuss quarterly facility reviews to identify concerns, document observations, and assign corrective work.
OSHA injury records
Assist with applicable OSHA 300-series logs and related workplace injury recordkeeping.
Fire extinguisher inspection practices
Review inspection records and routines; identify service or maintenance needs for follow-up.
Customer, insurer & agency coordination
Organize requested documentation and support communications during inspections, injury cases, and corrective-action work.
Workplace claim documentation
Coordinate factual records with your insurer or attorney when an employee or contractor injury results in a claim.
Scope and scheduling
Tell us your fleet size, locations, service priorities, and any deadline. Your written proposal identifies the included locations and records, deliverables, client responsibilities, timing, price, and any separately quoted work. Additional work requires agreement before it starts.
Monthly and annual services are arranged around the agreed program. Standalone work is quoted separately unless included in your agreement. Government fees, third-party charges, travel, and any applicable taxes are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Travel from ZIP 77044
No mileage travel charge applies within 50 one-way driving miles of ZIP 77044. Beyond 50 miles, travel is $2.00 per mile for the full round trip. Any required tolls, lodging, airfare, or extraordinary expenses are quoted and approved in advance.
