Price & entry scope
Entry scope: one operating location, up to 20 power units, and up to 12 consulting hours per month. Use that time for agreed file reviews, program follow-up, consultation, and a safety meeting. Bulk truck inspections, full program rebuilds, third-party fees, and additional sites are quoted separately.

Scope and scheduling
Tell us your fleet size, locations, service priorities, and any deadline. Your written proposal identifies the included locations and records, deliverables, client responsibilities, timing, price, and any separately quoted work. Additional work requires agreement before it starts.
Monthly and annual services are arranged around the agreed program. Standalone work is quoted separately unless included in your agreement. Government fees, third-party charges, travel, and any applicable taxes are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Travel from ZIP 77044
No mileage travel charge applies within 50 one-way driving miles of ZIP 77044. Beyond 50 miles, travel is $2.00 per mile for the full round trip. Any required tolls, lodging, airfare, or extraordinary expenses are quoted and approved in advance.
