Price & entry scope
Choose a DOT or OSHA scope, or request a combined proposal. Included hours and services are confirmed in the agreement; major projects and additional work are separate.
PassPro Compliance Partner
Recurring support for a carrier that needs help maintaining its safety program or an existing safety department that needs additional capacity. The agreement identifies the work assigned to PassPro and the decisions that remain with your company.
Start with a baseline review
Identify the operation, locations, fleet size, record systems, known findings, and the people responsible for each process. Agree on the sample and priorities. A missing driver record and a repeated equipment defect do not belong in the same generic action item.
A proposed monthly work cycle
Review the agreed records
Sample driver files, renewal tracking, inspection reports, maintenance records, and HOS information within the contracted scope. Record what was checked and what still needs verification.
Assign the follow-up
Maintain an action list with the finding, responsible person, target date, and supporting evidence. Carry unresolved items into the next review.
Meet with your team
Discuss repeat findings, overdue work, and changes in the operation. Agree on the next review sample and training priorities.
What your team receives
- A dated review summary identifying the records or units sampled.
- An action list showing open items, responsibility, and the evidence needed to close them.
- A list of upcoming dates identified within the agreed scope.
- Recommended training or procedure changes tied to the findings.
These deliverables are confirmed in your proposal. Inspections, onsite visits, quarterly training, investigations, and major policy projects are included only when expressly listed. The monthly price does not mean unlimited work or continuous monitoring.
Who does what?
PassPro performs the agreed review and consulting work. Your designated company contact provides access, approves company decisions, assigns internal work, and makes records available. Qualified maintenance personnel perform repairs. Hiring, dispatch, and operating decisions remain with the carrier. A consulting agreement does not transfer the carrier’s regulatory responsibilities.
Choose the right starting point
Use a one-time mock audit for a defined review, the annual consultation retainer for the agreed phone and email scope, or a monthly program when you need scheduled reviews and documented follow-up. DOT support starts at $2,000 per month; OSHA support starts at $1,500 per month. Combined work is quoted separately.
Scope and scheduling
Tell us your fleet size, locations, service priorities, and any deadline. Your written proposal identifies the included locations and records, deliverables, client responsibilities, timing, price, and any separately quoted work. Additional work requires agreement before it starts.
Monthly and annual services are arranged around the agreed program. Standalone work is quoted separately unless included in your agreement. Government fees, third-party charges, travel, and any applicable taxes are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Travel from ZIP 77044
No mileage travel charge applies within 50 one-way driving miles of ZIP 77044. Beyond 50 miles, travel is $2.00 per mile for the full round trip. Any required tolls, lodging, airfare, or extraordinary expenses are quoted and approved in advance.
